How to adjust the stroke of pneumatic actuator?

Pneumatic actuator has the characteristics of simple design and compact structure. If you want to make better use of pneumatic actuator, its stroke adjustment is very important. So, how to adjust it? Here is an introduction.

1. First adjust the zero position and give a 4madc signal to the positioner, so that the pressure gauge on the positioner is within the range of 0.004mpa? (no more than 0.004mpa);

2. Look at the full range again. Give a 20? MADC signal to the positioner to make the pressure gauge on the positioner at 0.2MPa?. if the pressure expression is less than 0.2mp, adjust the range knob and rotate it anticlockwise to increase the range. If the pressure gauge exceeds 0.2MPa, turn it clockwise to decrease the range.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make the stroke of the positioner conform to the valve stroke. The 5.4 stroke length of 4madc, 12madc, 16madc? And 20mADC should be average.

In addition to adjusting the stroke, the valve position debugging should also be done well. The following is the valve position debugging method of pneumatic actuator:

Given a 4mA command signal, press and hold the set key, when the module indicator lights up and flashes, it means that the debugging state is entered. Observe the reading of ammeter, it should be 4mA. If there is deviation, press "+," - "key to adjust it to meet the requirements.

Then press the set key to confirm. The reading of the ammeter should be 8 ma. If not, press the "+, -" key to adjust. At this time, an 8 Ma command signal will be given. By analogy, adjust 8Ma, 12mA, 16mA and 20mA respectively. After adjusting 20mA, the indicator light will flash several times, indicating that the debugging is completed.
